Custom dash light question

Does anyone know a good write up on dash lights for a 95 z28? I hate the stock color. I'm looking to do the headlight switch, heater/A/C controls, and the window switches possibly with LEDs unless there are other bulbs that will fit right into the stock light sockets. I did the dash up in my Maxima with blue LED lights and it looks great. I'm looking to do the same thing to my camaro but I don't want to just start ripping the dash apart if i dont know what the hell im doing.

I'm doing the same thing, and was just given a tip about led's and resistors on ebay motors for 12 volt systems. As far as I understand (haven't torn apart the clusters yet) you can just solder them in and hope for the best.

Most of your bulbs are #74 or #194. This website offers "Plug-n-play" led bulbs that use your existing housing. Problem solved. Pick any color you want. There are threads on this board about this very site & these very bulbs...

EDIT:
This will take you straight to the automotive-specific bulbs...
