Crooked front end? ideas?

Well, the good news is I got the engine in and installed. It runs real well and I didn't have any hiccups after the re-install, although I only have 7 miles on it right now.
Anyway, When looking at the front wheels something clearly is amiss. The drivers side front seems to stick out 1/4-1/2" farther than the passenger side.
see pics
Keep in mind I haven't had an alignment done yet and the swaybar isn't installed. When I put it all back together I used new poly suspension bushings (both A-arms), and new lower ball joints. I also added the LS1 brake conversion including spindles, hubs, rotors, calipers, and brackets from the donor car. I also replaced the passengers side lower A-arm, I thought it was slightly damaged but not certain.
I was thinking of loosening all the K-member bolts and trans mount bolt and trying to pull the whole assembly to the pass side.
oh, when I changed the engine I dropped it from the bottom and completely disassembled every component in the front. The wheels are 17x9.5" C4 corvette wheels w/ 275/17 hoosiers. I will probably pull the wheels back off and check every thing out.
Needless to say, I wasn't expecting this issue.
ideas?

I believe if you look and the k-member, you will see holes that have a corresponding hole in the body above, line these holes up, they are the alignment holes from assembly

Re: Crooked front end? ideas?

The k-member has two 'pins' pressed into it. the car has two holes, one is just a hole (drivers side) the other is elongated. When you bolt in the k-member the pins align into the holes, there is no adjustment allowed. I even tried loosening the k-member bolts and prying it over, however since the drivers side hole is not slotted, it wouldn't adjust. I'm taking it to the alignment rack tomorrow, although I don't see it telling me something I don't know. Something has to be bent. I hope its not the k-member, What a pain in the ****.

Have you checked for pilot hole wheel interference?

Depending on the wheel sometimes you have to reem out the center of the wheel to allow it to pass over the hub and seat properly.

I have a '95 and even 2000 10 spoke SS wheels had to be ground out to work.

You only need to take off .030 or so, but it will prevent the wheel from seating and could be causing your .25 offset.

no hole issues. i ground these wheels out long ago. the left front fender is cracked completely, maybe that has allowed the fender has allowed to relax a bit making it appear as if there is a problem. however, the difference from drivers to pass side is 3/4", way more than you'd expect from a fender issue.
