Well my ta has finally got me at wits end, it basically does nothing when you first turn the key after a few seconds sometimes a little longer it fires off just fine, but then once it gets hot it still hesitates but it also turns over for a little bit before it fires off I've replaced the starter, the fuel pressure regulator had gone out so I replaced it with an adjustable one I really don't know where to look from here to solve it any ideas?

 

When was the last time you changed the plugs/wires? Does the car missfire at all? It could be a timing issue, go to autozone and use one of their timing lights. My friends old 98 formula had a similar starting problem and it turned out to be a timing issue.

 

The plugs and wires are new as well
