Every time I plug my #1 and #2 Coolant fan relays into their sockets on the relay fuse box the fans immediately turn on. They will stay on until they drain the battery. I traced the wires back to the PCM, they all look normal. I checked the sockets on the relay box with a tester, there is power to the #1 socket like there should be but there is power to the #5 socket as well, my hayes book says there should only be power to 5 when the key is in the on position. Any suggestions? Should I just rig up a manual fan switch?
