Converting track times to sea level times

Converting track times to sea level times

I recently went to a track which was at 3100ft elevation. What formula do u guys use to determine what the car would run at sea level with the times it ran there. For exmaple a 14.1 at @ 3100ft

I would also like to know because I run in the low 14's at Bandimere Speedway, which is at 5800 ft. Just curious at to what i could do at sea level.
