Cluster help please.

Does anybody have any idea why my speedometer and factory tach would not be working? The voltometer, oil pressure, gas guage and temp guage all work fine. The speedometer, tach, odometer and trip meter do not function at all. I recently took out my dash for an alarm install and Air bag removal. I still have to drive the car to work, so I just rest the cluster on the steering column. Also...whenever I turn on my lights, the door dinger will not stop ringing even with the door closed. I am very confused and have no idea why this is happening. I have checked all the fuses as well. My car is a 95 Z28 M6. Any advice is very much appreciated.

Did it work before you took out the cluster to do the alarm install?

Yes, everything worked fine before I started the install. I am starting to think that I messed up the power wire that gives juice to those certain guages. Through some research I know that these guages get power from a different source than the operational guages. Does anybody know what pin the speedometer gets juice from? I have looked at shboxes website and cannot make heads or tails of it. Help please?!

I pulled the entire dash off. In order for the dash to come off, the cluster must be removed. I did not want anyone anytime to be able to get to my alarm if they were trying to steal my car. I just wanted to hide it extremely well. Any help anybody?
