Gentlemen, What is involved in changing-out ( or installing ) a white face cluster background in a "00" SS f-body ?

 

I have not done it but I have taken out the cluster before.
You have to take off the bottom cover under the steering column then you take off the black plastic trim panel around the cluster.
You might have to loosen up the steering column to get the cluster out.
After you get it out you will see how it comes apart and the white face over Lay's will have instructions on how to take the needles off.
That sould be it.
