Hey guys,
We all wrong. It was not about radio.
Previous owner (curse him) did something with wires there (I knew that year ago, but I thought it was just in one place). My mechanics turned this radio off for a while (it causes constant leakage ~0.3A of current) and told me that it needs more work to find WTH this shmack did...
