I have been asked many times why my car doesnt have a bow tie on the front bumper. Did all 4th gens come with that on there or not?

 

Yea, it should have a little red bowtie....what does it have now? Any pics?

 

Yes all 93-97 came with a red bow tie on the front nose, and 98-02 said Camaro on the front nose

 

instead I have an ugly license plate

Ive had the car for about a year and have never had a front plate on there. There has never been the bowtie, its just black. Kinda wondering now if it was repainted.

 

Mine bulges out alittle, its not just painted on, its raised.

 

The bowtie just sticks on so either someone took it off or your bumper was repainted.

 

Go buy one. $8 at the dealer.

 

Look closely to see if there is a shadow there. Eather someone took it off or its been repainted. I took off the bowties on my car, looks cleaner IMO

 

Well, i had it repainted a month ago to take car of all the rock chips in the hood and had them repaint the bumper too cause it had some too so i know it definately was repainted now. But before idk, mind boggling. Oh well, thanks for the input
