well im throwing a code for the EGR, and i have a new one on the way, but in the mean time...my SES light is on and ive noticed a drop in performance, and a nice run from 40 to 110 took a while longer than i thought.

something tells me the PCM is in a type of "limp home mode" and thats why im getting poor performance. am i accurate?

 

If I remember correctly you are accurate. All should be good when you replace the valve and clear the SES light.
