changed wiper motor, now new problem.

changed wiper motor, now new problem.
Changed and tightened everything. Everytime i put the wiper arms on and run it the arm that connects to the wiper motor on a pivot ball pops off. So question is did i ruin anything and/or do i need to replace anything to make this stop happening? thanks any advice is appreciated.
