The other day I saw that I couldn't put the gas petal all the way down and I noticed that the plastic or rubber bottom of the carpet poped up. How do I fix this? I also found one of those push in plastic screw/clip by that area, is that what could be my prob and where does it go?

 

I dont recall any clips down there, but I would try to tuck the carpet under the console.
