When I got into my car, a 1991 Firebird Formula 305, I put the lights on, and the only lights that worked were the headlights! The taillights and side marker lights didn't work at all. The interior instrument lights didn't work, although the main interior light did come on when the door was open. When I touched the brakes, the brake lights did work. Does anyone know what could be the problem? I did replace my rear bumper the day before yesterday, which involved taking the taillights out, but I checked, and I replaced them properly. Any help would be really appreciated, because I live in a pretty rural area, and I have to drive everywhere, and not being able to drive at night sucks!

 

Not to ask the obvious, but did you check the fuses?
