Car Crash

So over the weekend, a pole jumped out in front of me and took out the front left portion of my car. Luckily, it's only body damage (no internal/frame damage), so I plan on fixing it myself. Anyone know of any good websites (and by good I mean relatively cheap) where I can find decent aftermarket parts? I need a headlight, fender, bumper cover, and hood (ouch), though I'm looking into buying a Ram Air hood and system. Any good sites/ideas? Thanks.

For new stuff, you can try www.yearone.com. For your used stuff, try your local salvage yards or EBay. I see random body parts on EBay once and a while.

Also, check out the Parts for Sale board on this forum, people are always parting out cars on here.

Re: Car Crash

yeah dude you really shouldnt go with aftermarket parts.... like the guy that posted above me said, look for people who are parting out thier cars..... i had a bad experience with a aftermarket front bumper cover that fitted like ****... i just went with a used one instead. id recommend just buuying everything used... there isnt too much a price difference

Trans Am Creations is a big F-body junkyard in FL, shipping may be a little high though.

I'd personally try a salvage yard. Even if they don't have it they can more than likely get it for a reasonable price.

Re: Car Crash

I have a silver front bumper cover if your interested. I just want rid of it. Its not in brand new shape though, some scuffing and a crack at the bottom. If you give me $15 its yours. I know shipping will probably be like $50 or somthing. If your interested PM me. Good luck, on the parts hunt.
