Bushings?

Bushings?
After 206,000 miles my car is in need of some new bushings and steering components. I was thinking of going with all poly front and back.
Which brand would you suggest, pros and cons versas rubber ect.
I would also like to know about ride quality/

Re: Bushings?
I just replaced all the bushing, end-links, and motor/transmission mounts with Energy Suspension Polyurethane. The struts/shocks are AGX adjustables (cleared up the wheel hop.) The motor/tranmission mounts took care of body shake (mostly horizontal) that I thought was an idle problem. I haven't driven it enough to give my opinion on the ride/quality, but I do like the way it feels, and handles now, I guess that's not much of a comparison because I haven't driven with "new" rubber stuff, and shocks. I bought most of the Energy Suspension stuff at AutoZone (less expensive than mail order,) and the rest at SummitRacing & Jegs. I bought the shocks on Ebay.

Re: Bushings?
I would go for energy suspension too. I have a few of their bushings on my car and love them. As for ride quality, they will probably make your car ride a little rougher but the performance gain would make up for it IMO.
