Question Build Sheets / Production Sheets / Window Stickers

Im a freak about keeping my car documented, and well I took my window sticker to get laminated, did so, and brought it home where I temporarily set it on the kitchen counter where it mysteriously vanished. (my mom probably threw it away ) Im wondering if I could take my car's vin up to the dealership and get a re-print or something like that? Possible? Anyone ever done something like this before?

Im really hoping so, it aches me that the 4 previous owners of my car went through the trouble of saving it just for me to lose it, especallicially when I particularly care about things like that.

Thanks in advance

You can get a reproduction sticker here if that helps.

It's pretty much done at this point in terms of "original to the car" documents. Only thing left is to get a reproduction. If you want something "original to the car" you can search for the build sheet stashed away in it, if still there. That always turns out to be the "gold" for some looking for at least one true, original document. If you want a modern document from GM you can contact GM Canada's Vintage Vehicle Services. Since you have a Canadian built car in your '95, GM Canada supplies a research package for about $50 that documents all the RPO codes, dealer information, in use dates, etc.

Good luck!!!

Thats what I want to know! but if i had to guess, she was having a 'cleanliness fit' and just threw everything away that wasnt hers, which she does on very rare occasions.

During production of your car, assembly workers typically leave their factory build sheet somewhere within the car. It could have just layed in the interior on top of your seats once the car was shipped, or it was somewhere hidden in your car. Normally it could be under a seat stashed in the springs, underneath the dash, in a door panel, or on top of the gas tank.
