What has to be done to fit a borla dual cat catback on a single cat car?

you need a piece of S-bent tubing to connect the two. the single cat mounts farther ahead on the car and off to the passenger (i think) side.

seems like SLP sold the pipe to use with their LM setups.

that should be the one. not sure if you need all the BS that comes along with the pipe.

maybe call some shops about bending you up a pipe.
