Blower fan access
I'm going to clean the trash out my my fan blower which is under/behind the glovebox of my 2002 Z28. I see there are two fasteners (near the glovebox hinge) on the panel which has to be removed to access the blower. Are the fasteners reusable, and should I maybe rotate them 90 degrees before pulling them out? They have a sort of head on them that suggests they don't pull straight out like round-headed fasteners.

The fasteners pull straight out...I suppose the 'heads' on them are for grippinig, not turning.
