Belt Squeak

I changed my altenator because the pully was bad and forgot to get my underdrive pully from my old one now i have another belt squeak would that cause a squeak?

It's probably your serpentine belt tensioner. Common with LS1's.

The belt is also a common source for the squeak. Spray a small amount of belt dressing on the belt. If the squeak goes away, then you need to replace the belt.
