Beater took a massive dump

1994 Pontiac Sunbird 2.0 MPI
For a while the car was acting funny, it would stumble every now and then then it would get better. New plugs, new O2. It started to get worse, it would stutter off the line then get better and surge some at highway speed. The other day at 60mph it just lost power and started to slow down fast then got better, today it got worse and just kept loosing power so I got it towed home. At WOT the car revs hard but just slows down. In the morning I am going to replace the fuel filter, no SES light, any ideas?
Its my daily and I am going to have to drive the camaro in the rain to work tonight so I need it fixed quick.

Does It Lose Power Only When You Hit The Gas? And Is The Car Completly Warm When It Does That Or At All Temps. My Car Was Doing That When I First Got It, And I Changed All That Bull**** Too, Turns Out I Had To Replace The Pcm.
