BCM Swap Questions

First off, my BCM seems to be on its way out. Randomly, it will cut power to the radio and power windows while the ignition is on, if i hit the dash near the BCM a couple times, it can usually come back to life, but anyways. I have a BCM from a parts car, and the parts car has a factory alarm. If I swap in the new BCM, will the alarm be able to function without changing the entire harness, in other words, will all all the connectors be there for the shock sensor, etc? Is the antenna built into the BCM for the alarm? I know I'll have to either bypass VATS, or get a new pellet/key whatever. Swap wise though, how easy would it be? As long as I don't have to swap out the entire interior wiring harness or anything, this seems easier than wiring an alarm to this car because of how the BCM sleeps the door locks, etc.

What about the VATS? Also, will the shock sensor and everything work with it?

what year car do you have?

if a 93 like your name implies, you replaced the keyless entry module, not the BCM(no BCM until 95)

my car is a '93, but all the wiring, engine, drivetrain, and interior are from a '99.
when i got the donor car, it was hit in the front, and the bcm's circuit board was broken. so i had to get another one, which i believe came out of a 2000.
all my LT1 stuff then went into my '88 GTA.
