battery relocation

whats it worth and what exactly does it do? Have heard about it but not sure what it does....

It's really only worthwhile if you are looking to better balance your car. There are lightweight batteries available that can be mounted in the stock location that are better for pure weight reduction. Plus, by the time you get done running zero gauge wire to the trunk, you are actually adding weight. Placing the battery in the rear would be good for those of us that are looking for better balance on a roadcourse (or possibly for autoxers too).

I dont think relocating the battery is allowed for AutoX.....

Depends on the class, I know it's not allowed in stock, and probably not in ESP either.
