Automatic headlamps on a '00Z28

Any way to disable or bypass the auto headlights on our cars? They're freakin annoying!

I did a search but couldn't find anything here.

Thanks!

I have a website on my computer at home that tells you how to do it. I'll try to remember to post it when I get back to my apartment.

are you talking about the Day-time Running rights which are the small amber lights that light up like most GM's now-a-days?

I though no matter what the driver needs to turn the headlights on at night for all F-Bodys, or do they turn on by themselves at night...? new information to me.....

I just disabled them on my Camaro I got. Cause they go on too early IMO. Plus, then you can't look all cool running your parks and fogs just before it gets dark out.

thats weird my auto head lights go on a little too late i always thought that some guy at the "camaro" design place said "hey these people like drivin around with fogs on, lets make it so the lights turn on a little after the sun goes down "

Re: Automatic headlamps on a '00Z28

well I disconected my automatic headlights because where I park my car at night if I leave my headlights on it shines straight into the neighbors window in the bedroom. Also I like to be able to park and sit with out all the lights on all the time. I also eliminated my DRL's too because they are just silly and pointless. IMO.. if you need to have bright lights on on other cars in the middle of the day to see them you should not be driving.
