anyone know stock specs for inspecting stock cam and crank

i am doing a completely stock rebuild on my lt1 i have come to find out its a 96 block and i am putting in what i beleive is a 96 cam its a cmpt bc 17 705 i am wanting to mic it to make sure its not worn out or if i need to use over sized bearings also wanting to see if anyone had the stock specs on the 96 crank so i can check and make sure i can use standard bearings on those to sorry if you see this question alot i have looked for answers for a good hour and found nothing

The 95 spec page is on my website. All LT1s should be relatively the same.

thanks guys after doing all my inspecting i found out that i need a new crank and have to bore oh well
