Any of you guys ever use these ppl??

I can't find where one person in search has said get them from here. But ls1speed.com is where i'm looking at buying my 18x9.5 chrome ZO6 wheels and lowering springs. To my suprise i called him and he told me not to get the Eibach Pro Kit b/c that would be to much just get the BMR's which lower it 1" instead of 1.5". BTW NOTICE i have RS ground effects I dont' want to not be able to get anywhere in the car b/c of clearance.

Anyone have any advice for me good or bad. The site seems respectable and they are a sponsor on here right?

If your asking if anyone has used LS1speed I'm sure they have. I haven't personally, but I've heard good things. As far as the lowering, the lowest you want to go is probably 1 inch. Especially with 18 inch wheels. It's not the gap between the top of the tire and the fender well that's the problem it's the width of the tire against the fender well. Any lower than 1 inch would probably result in a lot of rubbing. Also keep in mind a lowered car(even 1 inch) is gonna be a PITA to drive. Not horrible or anything, but depending on where you live it could be a little worse or a little better than what I describe. Your groundFX will definately suffer going to a 1.5inch drop, especially on the front. Stick to 1 inch and your 18's would look very very nice.

They're a good company to deal with. I've dealt with them a few times, no problem. They were even really nice when I cancelled an order on them.

Good company as has been said . I've had nothing but good dealings with them, though I have only used them a couple times, but I would still recommend them .

Okay thanks guys....i've decided to just get the 18's first off and put them on and see if i even need to lower it or not....some have said i might not even need to lower it b/c the overall radius of the wheel/tire combo doesn't change going from 16 to 18 b/c of the lower profile tire...makes since

But if i do lower it i will go 1 in. is BMR good springs?...do they make any more that just give 1in. that's better
