Unhappy Another opti?

I have had my Camaro for awhile now and I have gone through 2 optispark distributors. the latest one I found that the seal on the cover was leaking oil and figured that was what was causing the issues. Since that repair the car ran further than ever.

But my car sputtered and then shut down while cruising at 65 yesterday. Since then it has been in a no start condition. I pulled one of the plugs, grounded it and sure enough, there was no spark when cranking.

The plugs themselves look to be in great condition. (they were replaced as part of a tune up months ago.) I followed shobox for opti-testing and found I had no ac voltage at the connector for the ICM. It said they opti, wiring, or PCM could be at fault. But when I scanned the PCM I found that there was a code 41 IGN control open. I rechecked all the connections and they look fine. But when I replaced the other distributors they always coded as having low pulse width. I don't want to needlessly replace the opti. I can't find an accurate way to test the PCM. Is there anything else I can look at to help me solve this conundrum?

Lightbulb update

Ok just replaced the ICM, (it was under warranty). Now the code 41 is gone and has been replaced by the code 16 for low pulse failure. I guess I'm gonna get my moneys worth of that three year guarantee.
