amber front turn signal light cover...

do I have to remove the front bumper to replace the little amber turn signal cover below the headlight? heres a pic just in case(just below the passenger headlight in the pic) --> http://jedi.ks.uiuc.edu/~johns/about...5/p0000041.jpg

A rock or something went through the amber light cover, so now i have a nice hole and a broken turn signal inside.

also, if anyone has one of these for the passenger side ill buy it off ya.

thanks

No, you don't need to remove the bumper. You'll need either a ramp or a jack to get the front of the car up. From there, it is about 5-8 bolts to remove the plastic splash guard and then two more smaller bolts to remove another splash guard type plastic (you'll need to tug this one a bit, but it will come out).

From there, you just need to remove three nuts to remove the stock orange turn signal.

I could have sworn Brent had a guide on this...check the appearance board. I'm almost positive Brentz has the install guide...it is for a car alarm install but it shows the steps and has pictures

Good luck...won't take too long.

Basically you just take off the panels on the bottom of the car where the CAI filter is.
