Always wanted to know whats the difference in 93-96 model camaros??
Re: Always wanted to know whats the difference in 93-96 model camaros??
You can also destinctly identify a 96 by the interior. They changed the clothes and leathers that year. (One of the first steps in the down fall of the Camaro, make it uglier each year.) It went from the two tone tweed cloth to a thinner light Zeba patterned cloth and the solid nicely stitched leather went to perforated ugly seamed leather. I guess the seams changed on the cloth too.
So if the car has 93-96 tail lights and the newer interior it's a 96.
93 is easy to spot by the items mentioned by others.
The 94 - 95 cars take a secound for decern which it is.

All 1995 3800 V6 f-bodies were OBD-II. (the 3800 replaced the 3.4 during the model year)
All 1995 LT1 f-bodies were OBD-I (whether they had 2 cats or not).
