Are All LT1 Elbows the Same?

I have a 96 Z28....duh....probably figured that out already and notice on my elbow that I have a tube going to the opti. What is this for..venting? Do all year 1LE elbow has the hole to re-connect this tube or do I need to buy one for the years with vented optis? Looking at some "hi-flow" elbows on EBay and can't tell if this hole is there or not.

Maybe it's all the same elbow...anybody know?

2 different elbows. 93-94s have no vent hole for the opti. 95-97s do.

The stock one has a long piece that hangs down on the bottom of the elbow and on the 1LE it is not there. It is suppose to make the air go into your engine more smoothly.
