Can I disable this or block it off? Will it hurt anything or fail the car for emission as I do live in an emissions county.

 

I have OBD1 and no codes after !AIR & !EGR but heard that OBD2 will throw codes at least with the !EGR. Not sure about just !AIR. It will affect emissions some. I've heard of guys using compressed air tanks to inject air into exhaust to beat emissions testing on cars that have no chance of passing w/out help I'm just glad I don't have to deal with testing yet
