This is on my moms 2K Monte Carlo SS...

Line had a leak last year, I replaced the line, vacuumed the system, charged it.. all has been well. AC stopped working on her yest, so I checked the system for leaks and couldnt find any, however it wont really take any more freon either (i dont have gauges.. maybe its time to buy some). I got about 1/2 can of dye in there, so i could check for leaks.

I am thinking A) clog at orifice tube, B) has a lot of air in it(does have a leak, just couldnt find it) and I need to suck it back down and and try a refill again.

Any thoughts? yes the compressor is coming on and staying on.
