My camaro was hit about a week ago and all the sudden the AC started draining into my passenger seat. When I looked it appeared to be coming through the bottom bolt that holds the container under the glovebox. I thought the accident (front right fender) may have crimped an AC line somewhere, but I dont see that the AC runs near the fender at all. Is there possibly just a maintenance issue with the AC? still runs cold, just backs up into the floor.

 

You may have a crack in the evaporator housing that is not letting it drain out the normal drain hole. Or the hole could be clogged.

 

thx for the pick, ill check out the drain tomorrow. Figures that the first day it doesnt rain outside, today, the AC didnt back up into the car.hmmmm
