From the low side, Just make sure to have a gauge and stay away from the high side, or you could seriously get injuried from the system or can exploding!

Buy yourself an R134A recharging kit and follow the instructions. Easy to do. You can't really screw up the difference between the high/low sides because the fittings are different sizes.
