I have a 95 z28 convertible and the drivers side actuator broke. Its the motor that raises and lowers the top. At the end of the shaft that comes out of the motor is a i-hole type of bolt. This bolt connects to the top. Where can I find one of these. The dealerships say you cant buy just the bolt with the threaded end. I was told and shown that you have to buy the WHOLE piece ($414). Can anyone help? Thanks

 

Doesn't leave much but junk yards and maybe some one parting out a convert.

 

I found one today @ Grahams Camaro Salvage in Calera, Alabama. Only cost $25 vs. $414. I had a relative that had also bought parts for a camaro and told me about him today. Only took him about 10 mins. to locate it.:
