94-95 6 speed shift plate - does it come with the lower boot?

94-95 6 speed shift plate - does it come with the lower boot?
I thought i read somewhere that the brand new 6 spd shift plates come with the lower shift boot. can anyone verify this?

Shift plate? If you're talking about the plate that bolts on top of the tranny (part of the shifter assembly), both of my after market shifters (Hurst and Pro 5.0) did not come with the boot.
