Hey Fbods.
Just thought I would let all my fellow Fbod Friends now that yesterday I completed my first ever motor built LT1 385 stroker motor. My car has been sitting at my mother in laws house for a year and half when my 355 lost oil compression and killed all the bearings. After a year and half I manned up and said "im going to rebuld this damn thing myself" Well I only have the beggining stages done. Motors and transmission is in. Thanks to my wife whom helped me out. Now I just have to get all of the other nick nack stuff put on. I took it upon myself to remove all of the AC componets/ power sterring and went with the Alt relocation bracket. My car is now a race car. Im really nervous on how this motor is going to run being my first ever rebuild. I bought the "HOW TO BUILD LT1/LT4 engine" I did everything by the book. So im hoping that everything goes good. I will keep you updated
