2nd gear problem....

Over the past couple of days, I have noticed that my M6 is having trouble going from 1st to 2nd. When trying to shift, it wants to go directly to 4th gear...not 2nd. If I shift hard its, fine. If I shift "soft", it doesn't seem to want to go to 4th. Any ideas??

CAGS really sucks. Driving a stick is all about being in control of the car. Picking gears for you? You might as well drive an automatic. Taintedz28 is right about getting one of those plugs or you can get a computer tune for 50 bucks more, get it tuned out and get some power as well.

On an OBD-I 94 or 95 you don't need the "skip shift eliminator"..... all you need to do is unplug the connector from the solenoid. It sets DTC 84, but no SES light. If you feel you have to get rid of the code, put a 2Kohm resistor in the harness connector... 50-cents.
