1999 camaro ss price?

what would be a good price for a 99 ss with the following, pacesetter coated long tubes,tsp rumbler exhaust,ORY, 3:73 gears, m6,103,000 miles. just trying to see what to offer a guy for it. thanks

8-10k depending on shape and location.

north carolina he says its in real good shape ( i havent seen it yet) he said theres a bad spot on the rear bumper but thats it.
