I have been having some tuning problems and I have heard that a aftermarket throttle body can be the source of some tuning troubles so I ordered a used stock throttle body to see if it gets better/easier to tune. I also ordered some new AC Delco O2 Sensors. So if this thing tunes up better and easier with the stock throttle body should I even attempt to put the 58MM Professional Products Throttle Body back in the car? Has anyone had good luck with any aftermarket body - how about the cheap PP t-body?. Good idle..throttle response.. non split BLMs (I know about the IAC air port fix with a pipe). On a engine like mine (LE2.5 Heads/Intake/Cam 236/236 Cam, SLP fenderwell intake, Pacesetter long tubes into SLP loudmouth catback-no cats- ,all supporting mods) would this stock throttle body really choke the engine down? if so how much HP do you think? Thanks for the input.
