no power to Throttle Position Sensor from ECM

I installed a vats bypass system from Painless wiring a few days ago. The security light now comes on when I turn the key and the car started. After a few days, the security light did not come on. I checked the wiring and found that the a5 wire out of the ECM that powers the Throttle Position Sensor (5 volt) and was ALSO used to power the new VATS bypass module was no longer putting out power. No volts.

Thinking it was the ECM, I purchased one from NAPA, transferred my PROM and still no power.

Could this be a PROM issue?

Does the ECM send the 5volts out thru the grey wire to the Throttle Position Sensor.

Now that the vats bypass unit is not getting the 5 volts it needs to send the "vats is ok" code to the dcm, it will not turn over. Security light does not light.

How do I figure out why there is no longer 5 volts coming from the ECM?
