MSD Blaster GM Coils

In the online Summit catalog, the information said "When using an MSD ignition system, a wiring harness must be purchased." Do I really need the MSD Universal Wiring Harnesses, or can I just install the MSD Blaster GM Coils by it's self without the Wiring Harness?

Do you have an MSD ignition box? If not, you don't need a harness. It is highly recommended to buy a harness if you have a box, but it is not absolutely necessary (though, if you don't buy one, you will wish you had )

I have a 6a box with an 8202 coil. It was simple to interface with the MSD wire conversion harness. (97 383-D1)
