I've had a petronix ignitor on my 327 for a long time and its much better than points. Since then I've acquired a 1966 C10 with an HEI and it seems to run much better. I've read where you can put in an HEI but you have to pound the firewall in order to get it to fit.

Has anything new come out that might work so I wouldn't have to beat up the car?
