hydro octane booster?

hydro octane booster?

so i was watching trucks today and caught a short bit of the advertising some product which seemed to be a mechanical device that boosts octane level and increases fuel efficiency. did anyone else see this and if so, what was i called and where can i find one?

Well, like someone said before, water has infinite octane, LOL. That's why we shoot it into out boosted engines. When I worked in a tune-up shop - we used to dyno tune the cars to power time them, and we would shoot a spray of water into the carb under a load, and all the carbon in the engine would puke out the back, and when the engine was brought down, it would idle real smooth.
