Help, part needed. Ignition.
Hi Guys,
I am new to forum. I own a '69 z/28 in blue with with white lemans.
Anyway, I am in desperate need of help.
The key mechanism rod seems to have broken as I put the key in to fire her up.
Thus, I cannot start the car.
I am wondering if anybody knows where I would obtain this specific part, or will I need to purchase a whole new column?
Anyhelp would be much appreciated.

I would call a place like this
Camaro Parts Catalog | Classic Industries
and talk to somebody. But first, I would take apart the column and find what had broken, and see if I could fix it, then I would take it to a machine shop to have it fixed if I couldn't do it.
