fuel line quick connect

I'm in the process of fixing a leak in my intake manifold, but I'm having trouble with the quick connect fuel line fittings. What is the trick to getting these things to disconnect? Do I need a tool or is it something simple?

Go to your local auto parts store and get the tool............it's EASY. Very self explanatory.
