Cyliders not there on start up

Hey Guys, I need a litle help.
I have a problem that has just started on my 95 Z, LT1.
On cold starts, it seems as if half of the cylinders aren't hitting. I rev it a little and it doesn't clear out. I shut it off and restart and all is well.
It started about 2 weeks after changing plugs, wires and water pump, but the temp. dropped here in that time as well.
Could this be an Opti problem, fuel supply? I hear the prime when I turn the switch on.
Maybe MAF or charcoal canister?
It doesn;t give any SES fault codes when it does this either, making it even more of an enigma.

TIA, Charles

Sounds electrical for sure, check your ground and your battery terminals to make sure theyre all making good contact.

When you changed the water pump did the Opti get wet?

actully the water pump was leaking on the opti. I smelled coolant and found it. I kinda thought it was the opti. I think the 95 opti is vented. I checked the battery and it's all good. I thought it might have a bad ground.
