I've been shopping around for the same parts lately... I found this one... It's the 12-803, but it's a bypass version that essentially has the "T" bypass fitting built in...

I switched my car over to a gen I small block, and used the stock pump in the tank, a bypass holley regulator, I used all the factory fuel lines, it was pretty easy, I would recommend a bypass to return the fuel to the tank, with out it, the fuel pump will be working too hard and hitting a dead end at the regulator. you might have to actually restrict the bypass a little. I used a hose clamp and just watched my guage as i tightend the clamp.
