Unhappy 95 T/A No start. No power to ICM.

After my TA died from what seemed to be the classic OPTI failure, I replaced it with 2 brand new OPTIs, no start/no fire, replaced ICM, no start/no fire and then figured I should test the system with SHBOXs directions on his site. I came to conclusion I am not getting current to ICM. I checked both ignition and PCM fuses and verified I have power from inside IGN fuse to underhood IGN fuse. Here are the readings I got: No codes

ICM harness:
A= ~10-12vdc mine=.2vdc
B=1-4vdc while cranking. Mine 1.3 Vdc
C=~50ohms or less with key on...mine 150ohms......0ohms to ground with key off...mine 30ohms
D=10-12vdc... Mine .2vdc

OPTI Harness
A=5vdc...mine 4.8vdc
B=5vdc...mine 4.8vdc
C=10-12vdc...mine 12.2
D=~60ohms with key on...mine 58ohms...~0-.2ohms with key off...mine 30ohms.

I did replace battery with a brand new one. Please help!!!

How did you scan for codes?

Did you check the #11 Ignition fuse in the under hood box? Did you check for 12V at pin B of the black coil connector?

Injuneer, thank you thank you!!!!!! I just went out to the garage and tested for 12vdc at the terminal B on black coil plug per your reccomendation. I got 0vdc, then I noticed that the wire had a small nick in it. After inspecting closer it was broken and only the plastic costing holding it together! I tested other side of broken wire and got 12vdc, so I cut wire and stripped it back enough to shove in coil plug and she fired!!!! I have been wrenching on this thing for over 2 months!

Valuable lesson learned... Trouble shoot before throwing parts at your car.
