180 Degree Boots over wire help??

180 Degree Boots over wire help??
Hey Fbods. Having trouble getting the 180 boot over the wire. Can someone tell me if there is some lube that I can use if so what kind? ALso do I crimp the metal to the wires first then try and get the 180 boot over? or Do I try and get the boot over then get the metal over the wire?
