Re: witch one

turbo is more efficient and doesnt put strain on your crankshaft really. Superchargers are all muscle though so its your preference in a way. I herd that the sts wasent that good of a setup and that http://www.proturbokits.com/default.asp had way better results

Re: witch one

I will stand up for the STS kit. I have had my STS kit installed for about two weeks now and I love it. Not only is the rear mount set up different from most it decreases underhood temps. and is more effective than a supercharger in my opinion.

Re: witch one

With the STS, when do you really notice it?? At what rpm?

Re: witch one

The above statement that turbo's are more efficient is true. BUT an STS system is LESS efficient than a front mount in that the front mount will spool about 1,000 rpm sooner. I was running a supercharger before and personally unless you consider a front mount turbo kit I would go with the supercharger. I just dont really see the point of the STS. It is diffrent but that would only impress me if it was as efficient as a traditional front mount.
